At Revco Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic equipment and products. If you receive an item that is damaged or not fit for use, we offer a limited return and refund policy under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival, or

  • The item is not fit for use / defective due to a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included

  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery

  • Consumables, opened sterile products, or single-use items (if applicable)

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving the product

  2. Share order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and approve the return request

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Replacement Option

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

  • Store credit, instead of a refund

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the product is confirmed damaged or defective, return shipping may be covered by Revco Aesthetics

  • If damage is not confirmed, shipping costs will be borne by the customer
