  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Customers will receive order confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan

  • We also offer international shipping, including USA, UK, and other selected countries, via reputable courier services.


3. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):
    Trusted local courier services

  • International Shipping:
    DHL Express or equivalent international couriers

Shipping method is selected based on destination, size, and weight of the order.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 working days

  • International (e.g., USA): 5–10 working days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination

  • Charges will be communicated at checkout or before dispatch

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, payable by the recipient, unless shipped as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)


6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • International shipments may require customs clearance in the destination country

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or courier clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Revco Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities


7. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit

  • Fragile and electronic items receive extra protective packaging


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the packaging and product

  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted


9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout

  • Revco Aesthetics is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Re-shipping costs may apply for failed deliveries
